Is a prescription paper necessary?

No, you do not need a prescription paper, to order medicines at Nippon Pharmacy.
However, a prescription paper may be needed, to receive medicines, at a Custom House in your country. You should consult your nearest Custom House and a doctor, before ordering medicines.

EMS is faster than RAM (international Registered Airmail) in most cases, and RAM can not be tracked on the internet, in some countries.

Why can not I order medicines in my country?

Please contact us by email. We will start exporting to your country, if we can confirm its legality.

Why can not I order two items, at a time?

There are legal import limits of medicines, in some countries.
To avoid illegal cases, as well as possible, our shopping cart accepts only 1 item, at a time.

Why can not I order the item by credit card?

The reason may be one of them.
  • Your selected item is too expensive to be ordered by credit card.
  • Your country is different from the destination country.
In such cases, payment needs to be done by telegraphic transfer. Please click "Place this order by telegraphic transfer", after completing an online order form.

When will my package reach me?

International packages reach their recipients in a few weeks, in most cases. But we can not guarantee nor answer an exact date of delivery. Because the speed depends mainly on a quality of international postal service and a speed of the customs in a recipient's country. International delivery speed, varies from day to day.

My package does not reach my country, though 3 weeks have passed.

It is a pity but there are sometimes such delays, because of international postal service's speed. And sometimes, a package reaches our customer, without being registered into the postal database on the internet.
In case your package does not reach you within 3 weeks, please contact us by email, so that we can inquire into the reason of the delay.

Where can I track my package?

At the following Web pages, your package would be tracked in 1 to 2 weeks.
But RAM (international Registered AirMail) package can not be tracked on the internet, in some countries.
